Please use the following procedure to place funds through the ONR Basic Ordering Agreement (# N00014-01-G-0460):
- Provide an indication of the type of funds and program element designator (i.e., 6.1, 6.2, 6.3)
- Forward the DD254 to the ONR security contact, Jennifer Ramsey, for review (signature) and subsequent inclusion with the packet
- Add a Procurement Request (indication of available funding) to this packet prior to submission to the ONR Contracting Officer
After the preceding steps have been completed, deliver the whole packet with applicable attachments (including the signed DD254) to:

Please use the following procedure to place funds in APL-UW's omnibus NAVSEA contract (#N00024-02-D-6602):
Review the DD Form 254, enclosure (2), and forward to your security department for review and signature. The finalized DD Form 254 will be returned to you for inclusion in the final TD packet.
Add your signature to the second and third pages of the original TD, and along with the signed DD Form 254, hand deliver or send via Federal Express, Express Mail or Certified Mail (do not send through U.S. Mail) these completed original forms and the APL-UW estimated budget, enclosure (3), along with the original of your funding document* to:

*The following types of funding documents are normally used:
- NAVSEA offices submit information by Financial Accounting Datasheet (FAD) only. The FAD should be forwarded, by route sheet and with appropriate signatures, to NAVSEA OOU.
- Naval Systems Commands other than NAVSEA submit funding information by Project Directive (PD). Use PARM CODE XJ.
