Attendance is by invitation only. Advance notification of attendance is required. All presentations (both classified and unclassified) must be submitted one week prior to the review. Also, there will be no cell phones, PDA's, or laptops allowed in the room during the review.

The meeting will include continental breakfast, boxed lunches, afternoon snacks, and the Informal Technical Exchange at IVAR's Salmon House. Registration receipts will be sent electronically.

ATTENDEE TO-DO CHECKLIST


  1. Call Hotel. The deadline to reserve lodging within the room blocks at the Watertown and University Inn hotels is 22 July 2005.


  2. Register on-line and include lunch selections.


  3. Mail in your check for the registration fee if you are not paying by credit card. Payment is due within 5 days of registration. No refunds will be processed after 17 August 2005.


  4. Book travel.


  5. Visit Request submission deadline is 5 August 2005.


  6. Registration deadline is 16 August 2005.


  7. The deadline to submit presentations is 16 August 2005.
